General booking conditions
Our campsite favours the reception of a family clientele, looking for calm, cleanliness and comfort in a historical and natural setting.

Booking:
The reservation is valid only after payment of the deposit and confirmation by the management of the campsite.
Accepted methods of payment: Wire transfer – Visa / CB card – Mastercard – American Express card.
Access:
Access is restricted to a tourist and family clientele and is prohibited to commercial vehicles, vans, professional vehicles and goods transport, unless previously agreed.
Camping Le Petit Trianon reserves the right to refuse access to families with a number of participants greater than the contract or the capacity of the rented accommodation (baby and children included). In this case, no compensation will be due.
Under no circumstances may minors be allowed to stay on the campsite NOT ACCOMPANIED by their parents or adults in charge. The rental of an accommodation or a location implies your full adherence to the general booking conditions and the unconditional acceptance of all the provisions.
Noise and silence:
The users of the campsite are advised to avoid any noise that could disturb their neighbors. The sound devices must be adjusted accordingly, do not let the engine run for too long. Do not slam the doors. Any noise is forbidden after 23:00. Parents are responsible for the noise caused by their children.
Visitors:
Visitors are admitted to the camp from 8:00 am to 10:00 pm, under the responsibility of the campers who receive them. They must register at the reception upon arrival. Their cars are not allowed in the campsite. In order to respect the tranquility of the neighborhood, the number of visitors is limited to 4 people per location. Beyond 4 visitors, a prior agreement must be requested at the reception. The family who receives them owes the stay to their guests as long as these visitors have access to the services and / or facilities of the campsite. This fee is displayed at the entrance of the campsite and at the reception desk. Even for very short visits that do not justify the fee, the campsite owner must be informed. Any unauthorized access to the campsite is an offense punishable under the Penal Code.
Dogs:
Dogs are accepted if leashed. They must not be left alone at the location or in the rental in the absence of their master. The hygienic walk must be done outside the campsite. They are not allowed in the sanitary blocks and the pool.
Games:
Parents must ensure that children do not play in sanitary facilities. No violent games can be organized in the campsite. Playgrounds are available to campers and under the responsibility of parents.
Swimming pool:
It is free, heated and reserved for campers. Passage required by the footbath. Balloons, air mattresses, shoes, bottles and all glass objects are prohibited. Parents must supervise children at the pool. The management declines all responsibility in the event of an accident. The Jacuzzi is for adults only. For reasons of hygiene, shorts, long leggings, Bermuda shorts, etc … are prohibited. Only swimming trunks are allowed.
Bin storage area:
Garbage must be placed in garbage cans located behind the chapel, behind the hedge on the right
Security:
Open fires are strictly forbidden. Only barbecues are allowed. A first aid kit is in the office. It is up to the customer to make sure. The management declines all responsibility in case of theft, fire, bad weather, etc …
Consumption mediator:
In accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Code concerning “the mediation process for consumer disputes”, the client has the right to use the mediation service offered by camping Le Petit Trianon free of charge. The mediator “consumer law” thus proposed is MEDICYS. Registration for one of our stays implies acceptance of our general terms and conditions of sale.
PITCHES
The pitches are demarcated with possibility of electrical connection, water and evacuation.
Arrival and departure:
Pitches are available from 2pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated before noon on the day of departure.
The balance will be paid upon arrival on the site. Any changes must be announced as soon as possible at the reception.
The pitch will be reserved for 24 hours only after the scheduled arrival date unless a delay is announced by mail, email or telephone. After this period the management takes over the location, the deposit and booking fees will not be refunded.
In case of late arrival or early departure, the full stay is due.
ACCOMODATIONS
Arrival:
The accomodation can be occupied from 16h on the day of arrival and must be released before 10am on the day of departure.
The balance of the stay must be paid no more than 30 days before the date of arrival (otherwise the reservation will be canceled). No reduction is due in case of late arrival or early departure.
The accomodations is rented for the number of persons indicated. Any additional person will be charged extra according to the current rate. The management can refuse the rental if the number of persons exceeds the maximum number of persons indicated for each rental. Young children are considered as full-fledged persons, in case of doubt please contact the campsite reception.
The inventory must be checked at the beginning of the stay and any anomaly reported to management within 24 hours. Otherwise, the tenant can be held responsible in case of lack in the inventory.
In case of late arrival or early departure, the full stay is due.
Departure:
The accomodation must be as clean as on arrival. Otherwise, you will have to pay the cleaning fee according to the current rate. The management reserves the right to invoice in addition any damage to the rental or its contents. The inventory must be identical at the beginning and at the end of the stay. In case of damage or loss, please report it to the management.
Deposit:
A deposit of 250 € is required on your arrival. It is returned the day of departure minus any missing or damaged.
Cleaning:
The cleaning must be done by the tenant before departure. Detailed instructions are available in the welcome booklet or at the reception desk. If you do not wish to do this cleaning, you will be billed as follows:
Classic cleaning (dishes, trash and barbecue at your charge): 60€ or 75€ depending on the type of accommodation.
Full cleaning (including cleaning + dishes + trash + barbecue): 120€ or 150€ depending on the type of accommodation.
TERMS OF CANCELLATION AND MODIFICATION OF THE STAY
Any request for cancellation or modification of the stay must be sent by e-mail to the following address: contact@domaine-petit-trianon.com, by phone at (+33 5 49 02 61 47) or by post to the following address: Camping Le Petit Trianon, 1 Rue du Moulin de Saint Ustre, 86220, Ingrandes. Any cancellation or modification of the stay entails the application of the fees below according to the date on which the request is made.
We can only refund the amount by cheque or bank transfer (all bank charges will be at your expense).
CANCELLATION FEES
More than ninety (90) days before the first day of the Stay : A fixed sum of 25€ will be charged as administration costs.
Between ninety (90) and thirty (30) days before the first day of the Stay: Twenty-five (25) % of the total amount of the cancelled Order including tax (with a minimum of 25€).
Between twenty-nine (29) and seven (7) days before the first day of the Stay: Twenty-five (25) % of the total amount (including VAT) of the cancelled Order: Seventy-five (75) % of the total amount of the cancelled Order including tax.
Less than seven (7) days before the first day of the Stay: One hundred (100) % of the total amount of the cancelled Order including tax.
Any processing fees, insurance and other possible options will be retained at one hundred (100%) % in the event of cancellation of the accommodation.
Any Stay started will be considered as fully completed and will not give rise to any refund. No reduction will be applied in case of late arrival or early departure.
If the Client renounces, during the Stay, one or more of the services ordered, he may not demand any reduction in the price from Petit Trianon.
MODIFICATION FEES
More than thirty (30) days before the first day of the Stay: Ten (10) % of the total amount of the modified Order, including taxes.
Between twenty-nine (29) and seven (14) days before the first day of the Stay: Eighty (50) % of the total amount including VAT of the amended Order.
Between thirteen (13) and seven (7) days before the first day of the Stay: fifty (50) % of the total amount of the amended Order, including taxes: Seventy-five (75) % of the total amount of the modified Order including all taxes.
Less than seven (7) days before the first day of the Stay: One hundred (100) % of the total amount of the modified Order, including taxes.
No fees will be applied in the event of a change in the names of the Client’s companions or in the number of companions, provided that the number of companions does not exceed the maximum capacity of the accommodation offered by the campsite.
In the case of a reservation with several accommodations, the cancellation of one or more of the accommodations contained in the file entails cancellation fees on the accommodations considered.
RATES
The prices indicated are subject to change. The campsite reserves the right to change the prices at any time. Stays will be invoiced on the basis of the rates in effect on the day of booking, subject to availability. It is advisable to check the applicable rate by contacting the campsite directly.
Offers and promotions are not retroactive and cannot be combined with each other.

CANCELLATION INSURENCE
For quiet holidays, Le Petit Trianon campsite propose to subscribe a cancellation insurance Campez Couvert to be repaid for already effective payments in case you interrupt of cancel your stay, for reasons you hadn’t planned. For example, a replacement vehicle could be available for 3 days following a breakdown, accident or theft during the stay (according to the general conditions of the insurance).
Subscribe to cancellation insurance :
The insurance Campez Couvert must be subscribe at the latest when you book your stay and it is valid for all the people. You can subscribe to the cancellation insurance by phone / email, or by our website with a tick on the concerned case while you’re choosing options of your stay.
How much does it cost ?
The price of the cancellation insurance is 3.5 % of the total price of your stay. It rates is automatically indicated when you do your reservation.
